Pricing FAQ
An event is any single log line, trace span, or metric data point ingested into Logpathio. For example: one log line from your application = one event. One span in a distributed trace = one event. One metric sample from a Prometheus scrape = one event. Events are counted at ingest time.
Yes — all plans include unlimited team members (seats) at no extra cost. Logpathio prices by usage volume, not headcount. Add your entire SRE team, your developers, and your on-call rotation without affecting your bill.
We send you an email warning at 80% usage. If you hit 100%, ingest is paused — no data is lost, but new events aren't indexed until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We'll always email you before pausing. We're early-access, so contact us at [email protected] if you need a temporary increase.
Yes. During early access, all plans including Team are available at no cost. When we move to paid plans, we'll give all early-access users a 30-day paid trial at their current tier. You'll receive advance notice and can cancel or downgrade at any point.
